Before place any order to Belle Depot, kindly read and understood the terms and conditions:

1. This blog is dedicate to serious buyer only, so no refunds or exchange after confirmation. If you want to cancel the order, please do notify me in less than 24 hours. Once I have delivered the ordered items, no back outs!

2. Every price items published in Belle Depot does not include postage fees. If you wish the items be delivered via mail, we will be using PosLaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM5 for first 500g and RM2 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM8 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g. However, you are invited to pick up your stuffs at my home in Kamunting during weekdays or Ipoh during weekend (I will give you my address after confirmation). But please notify me the pick up date and time so that I will make myself available at home on that time.

3. Before you send email for order, ensure that all information especially your name & address (for postage only) are correct to avoid any misunderstood or late arrival of your purchased item.

4. Payment has to be made to Maybank/Bank Islam/HSBC account. I will email or SMS my account number once I received email order from you. Once payment has been made upon 24hours, kindly email or SMS me the payment method with reference number.

5. The shipping lead time will solely depends on PosLaju Malaysia. Belle Depot will not responsible on any delayed delivery of your purchased items.

6. I would appreciate if you could notify me after receiving the items.
